Safety Advisory Panel
Comprising a range of members, the Safety Advisory Panel’s purpose is to provide guidance and advice to Paddle UK (British Canoeing), the National Associations and the wider paddling community, to support safe practice in all aspects of paddlesport.
Case Management Group
The primary purpose of the Case Management Group is to offer advice and guidance in relation to the management of safeguarding concerns and cases and to support Paddle UK (British Canoeing) safeguarding leads in carrying out their role and responsibilities. UK Safeguarding Steering Group
The purpose of the UK Safeguarding Steering Group is to contribute to the safeguarding of children, young people, as well as adults at risk within paddlesport by managing processes and ensuring collaboration between the respective national governing bodies within the UK.
Access Advisory Group
The Access Advisory Group provides guidance and advice to Paddle UK (British Canoeing), volunteers and the wider paddling community to support responsible access to water which is compatible with the protection of the natural environment in all aspects of paddlesport.
