Booking is now available for the 2024 Slalom Coaching Conference, which will be held on 1 December 2024 at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham.
This annual event serves as a unique opportunity for the slalom coaching community to connect, exchange insights, and discuss best practices within the sport.
Running from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, the day will feature a comprehensive programme, offering coaches a chance to learn about upcoming developments and network with peers.

The conference aims to foster knowledge-sharing while addressing key topics for the future of slalom.

- 2024 C1 Olympic silver medallist Adam Burgess: a journey through coaches, from club to podium – a discussion with a thread of some of the coaches that have supported Adam to Paris 2024 success
- An Introduction to ‘Slalom Start Box’ and how clubs can get involved
- Slalom Technical Progression Guide: the latest release of the video guide
- Kayak Cross development in clubs
- Alan Edge – Reflections on a changing sport
Following a successful inaugural event in 2023, this second edition promises to build on that momentum, offering deeper insights and more opportunities for coaches to refine their skills.
